Terms and Conditions

Payments:
Payments can be made by:

  • Visa or MasterCard

Reservations and Deposits:
All reservations require a 30% deposit to hold chosen dates up to 24 hours. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.

Cancelation Policies:
We required notice of cancelation by email or letter.
If your notice is received 30 days or more before your arrival date you are entitled to 90% refund.
If your notice is received at less than 30 days before your arrival date you are entitled to 70% refund.
If your notice is received the day of your arrival date or there is a no show, you are entitled to 0% refund.

All guests are recommended to purchase traveler´s cancelation insurance to cover disturbances in their travel.


Reservation Prices do not Include:
Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.


Responsibility: 
Changes to these guidelines without authorization from Ed or I could result in loss of the security/damage deposit refund.

  • Guests hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Guests and owner, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
     
  • Guests hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Manager or owner harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the houses. Ashtrays will be provided for outside use only. No cigarette butts or ashes from the wood stove or BBQs (if applicable) to be thrown over walls or left in gardens. They must be cooled, bagged and placed in the trash bins. 
     
  • We ask you to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition (trash and recycles deposited in the appropriate bins).
     
  • Do not use the water hoses or towels to clean your rental vehicles. Car washes are available at gas stations.
     
  • To be responsible for any damages, loss or breakage that might occur. It is better for you to replace items than us.
     
  • Do not remove the house towels and other belongings from the house. (Some houses have beach towels for use outside the property).
     
  • Changing the water heater dials instead of contacting us to fix problems that could arise may result in a repairman fee.
     
  • The number of guests occupying the property must be agreed upon at the time of booking or 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
     
  • VHM and the owners of the properties accept no responsibility for accidents to guests, or to loss or damage of guest’s belongings.
     
  • Only guests registered on the guest list can sleep and use the facilities of the property. (Visitors are welcome to do daily visit).
     
  • No pets are allowed on the property.
     
  • Guests agrees that the property will not be used, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the property or will cause a cancelation of any insurance policy covering the property.
     
  • Respect to the neighbors-Quiet hours …………22:00 pm to 8:00 am
